FIGO Pasta Upper Westside/Buckhead

I registered multiple times on the iPad to pick up my order and was always told that it’s in progress. Asked lady for assistance she said they’re working on it. Keep waiting for 20 mins and I ask the manager what’s going on. Then he checks and turns out it was ready the whole time. He says it was a glitch?! Like what. It works at other restaurants. Really unprofessional and wasted my time. Don’t recommend coming here or picking up

Dined in the restaurant, take out option only, and despite being in the restaurant and receiving the food as soon as the notification was sent the food was lukewarm. The ravioli was still cold, the "roasted garlic" was raw. The bolognese was bland, the fresh basil was overcooked. The tiramisu taste like a cheap off brand knock off. The seasonal meatballs were the only thing I ordered that was good. Having dined at the full service Figo in the past this is an abomination the the brand.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Just drove 4.5 hrs into ATL and decided to grab a bite before reaching my destination. Usually come to FIGO when I come to ATL but never again. Ordered pasta with sautéed shrimp, which I didn’t receive the shrimp. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager Joe. Advised him of the situation and the first thing he says is “I have to review the cameras”. Umm ok. When I told him I ordered in store and it was 15 mins prior and gave him the order number 81, he said he still needs to check the cameras. Went to FIGO with the messed up food in hand to show him what I didn’t receive on my order. He refused to look at the cameras. He didn’t even look at the food to make sure. Then he told me I didn’t tell him the order number and that I was speaking with Carlos (the man on the phone identified himself as Joe). He insisted I email the owner, Sandro for a refund. No food? No refund?? I demanded either my food fixed or a refund or I’d have to file a police report. Unacceptable. Not even an offer to remake the order that was messed up. He would not print a refund receipt. He ended up writing a note stating I’d be refunded but it would take 2-3 days. Crazy, it didn’t take 2-3 days for them to take my money for an order they messed up, so we shall see! BUYER BEWARE!!

Appreciate they have some gluten free options, but wish they would mark what on menu can be made gluten free. Are the rice balls gluten free? Can the bruschetta be made with gluten free bread? What else? Also was disappointed in the fry order portion. The food was good though and the kiosk pick up system was easy. I did fill out a survey twice to give feedback for a free entree and never got a free entree email back.

When you arrive you are directed to a table and you have to scan a QR code to order. This is very inconvenient if you are in a group and have to pass around a phone. This seems much slower than even just ordering at the counter. This alone added over ten minutes to our stay and our wait for food. If you manage to complete your order, it will be brought out by a robot. Food was hot, but ravioli was overcooked and fell apart. Think ahead and order bread if you would like any with your meal. I love the Figo in Vinings, but it's listed as temporarily closed. I will not be coming back to this one.
